Klosterkyrkan - Saint Peter's monastery church

Saint Peter's monastery church (Klosterkyrkan) is one of the most amazing and wonderful parts of Medieval Lund. It was built in 12th century as a part of Benedictine Saint Peter's and Saint Maria's monastery. In the 14th century it was renovated and got walls with bricks, but the foundation with grey stones is left from the original church.

The Monastery church is one of the two churches in Lund survived the Danish Reformation (Lund Cathedral is another one).
